206 more Punjabis evacuated from Iraq

Mosul, 10th July – A total of 206 Punjabis have been evacuated from IRAQ through direct coordination by Khalsa Aid and Punjab Welfare Society (Kuwait). Out of 206, 175 arrived at Delhi airport today and were received by the Khalsa Aid volunteers at Delhi Airport.

Khalsa Aid CEO, Ravi Singh said that Khalsa Aid was grateful to Sangrur MP Bhagwant Mann, for working tirelessly to raise awareness of the stranded Punjabis in Iraq.

Khalsa Aid MD Amarpreet Singh from Punjab personally took a flight to Kuwait to make this happen.
