CHANDIGARH: Charanjit Singh Maluka, younger son of Punjab Minister Sikander Singh Maluka died in Toronto. The reason for his death could not be known immediately.

The death news was confirmed by the Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal by posting on her facebook account these comments,

“I extend my most profound condolences to Punjab Cabinet Minister S. Sikander Singh Maluka on the sad demise of his son Charanjit Maluka.

Charanjit Singh was admitted to hospital in Toronto about 10 days ago. Reportedly, Maluka with his family have reached Canada already.
