Melbourne – 24 year old Mehtab Singh was sitting at a suburban park in Springvale last Saturday afternoon, when two teenagers appraoched his group, and left Mehtab with a knife wound on his neck. The attack took place around 3.30 pm at Burden Park, on April 26. The teenagers were arrested soon after and on Sunday, were charged with two counts – attempted armed robbery and recklessly causing injury… the 15 and 16 year old males have been released on bail and will soon appear in a Childrens Court.
Mehtab was taken to Dandenong hospital soon after the attack and has since been released. Here is a brief interview with him about the incident.
