New Delhi: Â Addressing a large rally in Delhi’s Jantar Mantar, Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal has claimed that if elections are held in Delhi today then his party will fetch 40 seats.
Â
He said that chances of AAP winning Delhi’s assembly elections are increasing with every delay in holding polls in the capital.
Â
Speaking about the recent power crisis in the city, Kejriwal said that only AAP can straighten the distribution companies and rid the people of Delhi of their problems.
Â
Kejriwal demanded that LG Najeeb Jung should dissolve the assembly within a week.Â
Â
He also said that the party will come back to power in the next four to five months.
Â
He also launched a direct attack on BJP leader Vijay Goyal on his comment about immigrant population from UP and Bihar.
Â
“The way Delhi has accepted Goyalji and me, I am sure the city will accept people from UP and Bihar as well,” he said.
Â
Kejriwal urged Delhi voters to give him full majority to fix corruption and for the sake of good governance.
