Victorian Parliament applause Sikh Community for their services

MELBOURNE – Victorian Parliamentary Member Craig Ondarchie in his speech applauded Sikh community for their generous sewa amid Coronavirus crisis.

Craig Ondarchie was first elected as a Liberal member for the Northern Metropolitan Region at the 2010 Victorian State Election and served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Premier.

In his Parliamentary speech on 20th March 2020 , MP Craig Ondarchie thanked Sri Guru Singh Sabha Craigieburn and Khalsa Foundation Australia for delivering free cooked meals to people who have been isolated in their homes due to 14 days isolation rules imposed by Australian Government.

Since 16th March, Gurdwara Craigieburn and Khalsa Foundation have been working together to prepare cooked food with limited number of volunteers and then delivering the food in various food runs to different northern suburbs of Melbourne.
