MELBOURNE – The Sikh Volunteers Casey Food Van, Free Sikh Community Kitchen in Cardinia and Sikh Community Center in Cardinia are amongst 100s of community projects that have won PickMyProject initiative Government grants after public vote.
The Andrews government will splash $30 million on 237 projects that were nominated by members of the public and found favour with the community.
The grants were announced after Victorians were invited to nominate their own ideas for community projects as part of the government’s unique Pick My Project scheme.
Grants of between $20,000 and $200,000 will be given out, the government announced on Tuesday.
SinghStation congratulates all the successful winners and best wishes in implementing these projects.
