Renowned PTC Senior journalist Davinderpal Singh died on Tuesday morning died due to COVID-19 on Tuesday. The PTC anchor contracted the deadly disease in Delhi about a month ago. He breathed his last at 2.00 am in a private hospital at Mohali.
Due to Covid-19, his kidney and lungs were infected and he was breathing with the help of ventilator. He was suffering from kidney-related problems. Some years ago his father had donated his own kidney to him and his immunity had weekend due to kidney transplant. He was moved to a private hospital in Chandigarh, where he was kept on the ventilator for several days.
Davinderpal Singh was one of the founding member of the PTC news channel. He also servedat United Nations in New York and had been in India for the last one year.
