MELBOURNE – The casts and crew from Australia of the upcoming Punjabi feature film ‘Big Daddy’ had a big day promoting their movie on 1st April at Azooba Restaurent in Melbourne. In a freewheeling press meet, the actors, filmmakers and the producer interacted with over 25 media organisation representatives. In addition to that more than 1,500 people were part of audience on Facebook live.

As part of panel, sat the leading actors from Melbourne Karan Battan, Satinder Chawla, Poras Beniwal, Ritu Sheoran and Natlie Heslop with the Producer Keshav Dwivedi. The organisers were treated with the movie trailer. Following the trailer, Arpita Bhatt of Bindaz Bol, Master of Ceremony, introduced the actors and the producer at the stage which was set for them to take some questions from the audience.

Although named after 1999 American comedy “Big Daddy”, the similarities ends there as it’s a different film altogether. Producer Keshav Dwivedi said on a question on title of the film. Beaming with confidence, he added that they have portrayed the authentic Punjabi culture on screen and people will love the story.

The Producer and the actors, enthusiastically engaged with the reporters and cheerfully answered several questions. Press ended with warm response from all the Press Reporter’s Radio’s and TV.
