The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been touring India this week. They’ve played cricket, kicked a football, tried archery and even experienced an earthquake.
Shaking hands with Narendra Modi is not a good idea
They say everyone needs a firm handshake if they want to be respected.
But does it have to be THIS strong?
Indian PM Narendra Modi left Prince William with white marks where each of his fingers had dug in when they met during his state visit with the Duchess of Cambridge.
Showing stoic fortitude, you can barely tell the pain of the vice grip he just endured by looking at William’s face.
Prince William’s hand has been left with a clear palm print pressed into it after shaking hands with the Prime Minister of India as he and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, tour the country.
While meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi the trio stopped to pose for photos, Prince William and Modi pausing in a handshake.
Notice anything?
Users on social media, however, were quick to notice how white William’s hand was when the pair separated.
Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge were meeting with Mr Modi and other political senior officials for lunch, a last minute addition to the tour schedule.
The look of a man in pain
Modi is reportedly known for having an extremely strong handshake.
