Khasi Kalan (Ludhiana): Speaking at the Bhog ceremony of Baba Bhupinder Singh at Khasi Kalan village, Sikh parcharak Bhai Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale rejected the Akal Takht offer of a compromise.
“The Sangat has rejected you. Dont try to act as middlemen,” he said.
He said that he was on the hit list because he dared to speak the truth.
A large number of Sikh organizations were present during the Bhog ceremony of Baba Bhupinder Singh at Khasi Kalan village here.
Dhadrianwale, who looked in his aggressive element after the attack that nearly claimed his life, called Harnam Singh Dhumma a ‘Sarkari’ Saint. Without naming anyone he said that the Damdami Taksal was in the hands of the Mafia and demanded a CBI Probe into the attack.
“We do not have any faith on the state police,” he said.
He appealed to the people present to submit memorandum at the officers of Deputy Commissioners in Punjab. Dhadrianwale declared Bhai Bhupinder Singh as Qaumi Shaheed and appealed to the people to avoid protests, hate speeches, and demonstrations.
He said that it would be the responsibility of the government and the police if any preacher was attacked in the state.
Alongwith Dhadrianwale other leaders present on the occasion included H S Phoolka and Baba Baljit Singh Daduwal. The leaders have put forth the demanded to free Damdami Taksal from Harnam Singh Dhumma. The leaders also demanded to announce Bhupinder Singh as Quami Shaheed.
